Four railway sleepers that are 180cm long x 19.5cm wide x 9.5cm deep, as well as six bits that are 40cm long I've also got a piece of wood that is 217cm long x 15cm wide x 2.5cm deep. The sleepers are about 6 years old, but weren't in the ground and were lined, so are in decent condition, though there are few screws and things still in there. I'd prefer to give the sleepers away in one go, not too bothered if you don't want the offcuts or the long piece of wood. Collection only. Please let me know if you have any questions.

This MultiYork 3-Seater Sofa has a length of 170cm, width of 110cm, and height of 80cm, this sofa provides ample seating for three people. Made with 100% cotton upholstery fabric, it features removable covers, ensuring easy maintenance and cleaning. Assembly is not required, making it a convenient choice for those looking for a hassle-free furniture piece. Seat and lumbar cushions are feather. There is nothing structurally wrong with this sofa and still has much life left in it! It has a removable cover that can be washed on a 30 wash (but no tumble dry). I like to be honest with my description so please read the following: the sofa does have some slight fading to the small lumbar cushions but we have turned them round so that it can't be seen. Likewise, some slight fading to armrests and backrest but we have kept it out of the sun after noticing and tended to keep the arms and backs covered. I have included a photo to show a slight water mark on the right hand armrest, but hardly noticeable. We would like this gone by the end of this weekend so get in touch if you are interested - bear in mind the length if you are wanting to collect!!
