In perfect condition, as only used for occasional visits to grandparents. With the mattress (pictured) there is a waterproof mattress cover and 2 fitted bottom sheets. The actual folding cot is in a black zip up bag, which is inside the cardboard box. I decided not to take the cot out of its box, to photograph it, as it was heavy enough to get down from the loft, and is nicely compact for transportation. Trundle bed in good clean condition. Only used as occasional guest bed(s). Includes two single mattresses 30 inches wide that can be used as two single beds or zipped together to form a 5ft double.
