This consists of 4 DVDs with various Zumba routines- one for Basics and 20 minute Express; Cardio; Sculpt & Tone; and Flat Abs. Complete with a guide booklet, which also gives some sample recipes to help lose weight plus 2 handweights to use in some of the routines.
