Reebok (I think) step aerobic exercise equipment (Blackrod BL6) 1h - Hello, Does anyone have, please, one of those exercise steps that were quite popular a few years ago that they don't want any more? You used them to do step aerobics, and I think they were made by Reebok. If you do, and you've been meaning to take it to the tip or whatever but haven't got round to doing so yet, would you consider letting me give it a new home, please? (I've got a knackered hamstring, but due to an issue with the tendon on the hamstring on my other leg I can't do lunges etc to strengthen the wrecked one. I've tried stepping up on the stairs, and on a step ladder but even the bottom step to too high for my hamstring to cope with, and I'm not sure how safe I would be if I tried bodging up some kind of lower step - injuring myself while doing rehab exercises? The shame! However, if I remember rightly, those Reebok steps started quite low but you could raise them higher as you got better at doing the exercises, and as they were designed to be stepped on I wouldn't be using it for anything it's not supposed to be used for. If anyone can help, please, that would be so great. Thanks for reading, Alison

Microwave 800w (Deepdale PR1) 3h - White Sharp microwave 800w. Plastic on the front has yellowed a little and turntable occasionally slips when in use but still working fine and in use til a couple of days ago, just upgraded to a newer one.

Bird Feeder (Bradley) 6h - Just found this in the back of the cupboard. I had to stop feeding the birds in my little back yard some years ago when new neighbours moved in with a cat. Excellent clean condition but the chain is missing so just needs a piece of string or a hook to hang it by. You can put anything in it from seed cake, suet cake, fruit etc. Collection any time from near bottom of Barkerhouse Road, Nelson.

glass shelf (Preston PR1) 20h - This is a heavy, tempered glass shelf with bevelled edges. Dimensions: 104cm x 23cm x 9mm thick; weighs 6.1 kilos. Don’t remember where it came from, maybe from inside an old sideboard, but I can’t find a use for it but maybe someone can.

Fridgefreezer (Penwortham PR1) 20h - Silver hotpoint fridge freezer, 197cm tall 60 cm wide, great working condition, there are some Mark's to the front which we've had covered with magnets, only getting rid of it due to moving house and it is too tall for the built in space. This needs to be picked up either friday evening, saturday afternoon/evening, Sunday mid morning or monday mid morning. It is heavy and will need at least 2 people to carry.
