I found this by some bins with the chain off after my bike was stolen. I took it to Leith cycles who tried to trace the owner in case it was stolen and dumped. It was deemed a finders keepers thing. It works ok but needs some TLC. It looks like it's been kept outside with some parts rusted but it's now surplus to requirement. Could anyone make use of it?
