Lovely Velvet Antique Sofa (York Place, Edinburgh, EH1)
Large and deep 3 seater sofa. Beautufil soft velvet! Approx 167cm wide and 83cm deep. Itās pinkish brown more towards dusty dark pink/honey cokour. Very elegant. Solid built very strong. Similar sofas (if modern and brand new would cost over Ā£1000 minimum!) Lovely to sit on. I am unsure about its age but certainly old and antique. Perhaps mid century - I am unsure?! Fabric has no tears but couole of small (very unnoticeable stains). Very good condition overall. All legs are sturdy etc. only genuine applicants please who needs a sofa! If I cannot find anyone who can collect by end of Friday 26 June Itās going to a local charity. Genuine callers appreciated. Need 2 people or ideally 3 people to carry it. Easier. 1 flight of stairs inly. I am on 1st floor. )

Long shot, but is this old door of any use to anyone? It has been dip & stripped at some point, I think. Putty a bit old and cracked, this places. It has been used by us for 25 years, already in when we arrived. I am wondering if an extra bit was added at the bottom: thereās a strip of wood. The internal doorway it was in used to be the back door before an extension was built. Size: 200 cm high, 76 cm wide, 4.5 cm thick.

Guest bed/wide fold-up bed (folded it's 88 x 85 x 62cm) (Gilmerton EH17)
A well loved but still good condition and clean fold-out/fold up bed and seater, now looking for a caring new home :) The base is a versatile wooden frame on metal legs, rolls smoothly and so it is easy to open and fold. I also have the seat-shaped black material that can go over it when it is folded up to keep it nicely together and present it as a comfortable seater (without arm rests). The cushioning/mat is easy to clean and is a medium gray colour. Its thickness is 10 cm, medium firm/no springs inside. Dimensions are as follows: overall height is 88 cm width is 85 cm folded-up depth 62 cm sitting surface is 60 x 85 cm opened to a bed its height is 40 cm like that its length is 172 cm (width is the same 85 cm). space under the seat is 29 cm height. + I have an office chair with wheels and arm rests matching in style so you are welcome to take that too if with the fold-up bed if you like it. Collection flexible (but Thursdays cannot do before 5.30pm). Other than a vehicle that is able to accommodate it, it doesn't require special transport arrangements. No stairs to climb.
