All doors are mirrored. 3x 760mm (standard size) 3x 820mm (believe this was a custom fit) Plus floor and ceiling rails to match (~217cm / 230cm) Additionally, we have a random assortment of melamine laminate chipboards which were mostly used as shelves in the wardrobes. Two IKEA wardrobe door panels. Each 1940mm x 495mm (195x50 in IKEA catalogue). Birch veneer and chipboard core. 15mm thick. Good condition, attractive doors - but note that a 120mm square has been cut away from top left, so no top hinge fitting on this door. Would suit DIY project or as good quality work surfaces

Dark red/maroon (?) footstool which opens up with great storage space and doubles up as an extra seat. Very sturdy, was part of a sofa set. Only getting rid as we don't have the space for it any more. Few faint marks as shown in photos, these would probably clean off. Dimensions W 60cm x D 57cm x H 43cm.

100% Linen short sleeved shirt. I bought this new in River Island, probably over twenty years ago. A nice light summer shirt. Labelled Small, it measures 20" chest width (pit to pit) and 28" back length (collar lower seam to hem), measurements taken with the shirt fastened and laid flat. I often take a medium and it fits me. Just washed but needs to be ironed as seen in photos.

Framed print, approximately 16 cm by 14.5cm with a copy of the painting, 'The Lost Balloon' by Rob Hain depicting a scene in Edinburgh's Grassmarket. The frame had broken apart at two corners and has been glued to repair it, please see the photos.

Hiya, In good shape. Rolled and ready for collection. Not too heavy. I think one person can manage, though it's a bit bulky. There's a lift so you don't have to manage stairs, at least!
