5 boards from dismantled fitted bedroom. These are really thick and sturdy, also heavy so you'll need transport. They'll make goid shelves for garage or workshop. Sizes in cm are approx - 52 x 142 x 1 25.5 x 120 = 2 23 5 x 120 = 2 All are about 1.8 - 2 cm thick

Traditional plug in, the lamp's neck and two arms are both adjustable to various positions - it truly is like daylight! Or like a rainy day if you use the lowest light level :) Not suitable for small children's rooms or for tossing prone folks but otherwise very reliable.
