Hi, This is a long shot but I work in crisis children's residential care and im currently caring for a young man who is music mad. Due to him moving from his home he cannot access his musical instruments and is very sad and missing his creative outlet. Giant 21 birthday balloons. Not helium. Have been inflated for 2 years so don't think they're going down anytime soon. If they need topping up there is a valve where you can blow them up with a straw but they are actually fully inflated. Save yourself the expense of buying overpriced balloons!
