One end stopper seems to be missing on it. One handed tool, to help draw 2 brake blocks together. Used before disc brakes became the norm. Any use to anyone? Thanks for looking. Collection only.

Slabs - 2in x 2ft square (Liberton EH16) or 50mm x 60cm square if you prefer. Old, thick slabs so you'll need a van or trailer unless taking limited number. I have 15 to get rid of.
