Windows 10 - no Office tools Great for someone who needs a top end laptop and doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up to change the battery (which can be sourced for around £60 I think).

I can pay for moving this within 100 miles to a ground floor location - the alternative is it is scrapped/demolished which is not what I want
