Industrial style media unit/TV stand. In good condition with a couple of scuffs/nicks that are shown in the photos. Also included some images from the West Elm website. PLEASE NOTE: It’s heavy and we are on the 2nd floor so will *definitely* need 2 people to lift it. It can be disassembled, but rather you than me. Let me know if you have any questions. Broken treadmill (DD4 Dundee)
Free for uplift for parts or repair This treadmill was only used occasionally and had been working okay before I folded it up a few months ago. I recently put it back together, but it does not seem to be working now. I decided it was easier to buy a new one rather than try to fix it. If anyone thinks they might be able to repair it or use it for parts, they are very welcome to take it. Collection only from DD4, Dundee. Two people recommended for lifting

Clearing out an elderly relative’s house. This is a G plan suite, possibly 1950’s or 60’s. It is solid and heavy, in decent condition given the age. You will need a van or trailer, must be collected by 19th - Sunday - or it will be broken up which seems a shame….
