Red sofa - reupholstery project (Craigleith EH4)
Save this lovely sofa from landfill! This is an elegant , good quality Wesley Barrell sofa. It is about 25 years old and needs to be reupholstered . However, it is structurally sound and still v comfortable. It was bought for a flat with big rooms and is too large for our current house, otherwise we would have had it reupholstered ourselves. We are very fond of it (and it was very expensive when we bought it) so I would really hate to see it go to landfill. I’d love it if someone could give it a new life. Persicaria Plants (Currie EH14)
3 clumps of persicaria plants. We've just thinned out the plants in the garden. They are easy to grow. Just plant in a space, water in and let nature do the rest. They will give pink flowers on spikes July onwards.
