Giving away these 3 pieces. Must take all 3. Sofa, loveseat and chair. They are in good condition and comfortable. A small tear in the faux leather under the arm of the chair and some very small ones on the couch. Kids are grown and out of the house so we would like to pass them on. Great beater furniture for a kids play room or basement furniture.
