You put whAtever you want to thaw in a super short time on this tray. It's goes for $80 on Amazon. Seriously? It's about 14in long and mAybe 10in on the side. It's metal like with nubs on the bAck for feet. This wasn't mine. I just usually beat whAtever is frozen into defrosted submission. Please come get this thing so I can stop laffing. And get this- it's programmable! At 8 Quarts this bad boy is heavy so bring the youngin's to carry this thing home and surprise whoever does the cooking in your house. 8 quarts folks so bring something to cushion the pot part of the crock pot. I don't think I have the instructions but they should be easy to find online.
