Snag is, both batteries are pretty much shot, so will need replacements. The supplied batteries are Makita BL1830 (18V lithium ion 3Ah). Yours if you can make use of it. Can leave in the porch.

We need to replace a door hinge, that is 3 inches (75mm) long and has 4 screw holes each side. It seems that these are no longer sold - all 3 inch hinges now only have 3 holes each side. I wonder if anyone has an old one / pair tucked away, that they do not need? Suggestions about where I could buy these also welcome! (Despite many pictures online showing what we require, upon further investigation, we find that they all have only 3 holes!)
