This orchid needs a lot of tlc! There are no aerial roots and the ones inside the pot look rotten. To add to this poor mother's stress, she now has 3 babies that haven't yet sprouted any roots. This is a critical situation for the whole family. If you think you can save them please let me know and we can make a plan for their rehoming.
