Small Cat Tower (North York)
My cats have grown too big for this tower now… I think it would be better suited for smaller cats or kittens, please see the measurements on the second photo for reference. The ramp serves as a stability anchor but for heavier/bigger cats it might be wobbly. I’ll drop it off by the curb when you are on the way. There’s also a med size medical vest that is secured by velcro that is also too small for my cat when she got spayed. I can send more photos/measurements if there is interest for that too York U area

Sofas are well loved. No tears, rips stains or holes but the leather will require some conditioning or leather polish. Cushions are removable and can be cleaned with ease. They have been in a home with cats. size: 3 seater - length 7ft 8 inches 2 seater - length 5ft 9 inches Depth- 3 ft 2.5 inches Height- 2 ft 7 inches They are on the 2nd floor and will require to strong individuals with moving experience to take down to the main floor and out of a townhouse They will require a moving vehicle.
