Pedal bike (Ireton street)
Hello I am new to this app I am in need of a pedal bike so I can get to the library community fridge and Sobeys (when I have money) I have one now but it is too hard to ride and needs way to much repair it has very bad brakes and the gears don’t work and it is a mountain bike which are hard to ride to begin with with l see other people on the ones that have those skinny tires and they pass me like I am standing still (lol) I have Nurapathy (never can spell it)in my feet and ankles and l am not able to work it is to far for me to walk and I would have to carry things home (l rigged a milk crate to the one I got now which I could put on a different bike) l am 6ft 2 ( the one I got is too small and hurts my back)l would not ask but I have no money. The only place I go to is the library to see Angela she works for FCS (counselling and wellbeing)l try to see her once a week she helps me out with things. Including setting me up with Text Now and my neighbour lets me use his wifi. The fridge (which is almost always empty. If a got a proper bike l would be able to get to the food bank. I would not ask but it is just getting too difficult to do on the one l have l don’t need anything fancy just something that is easier to pedal. I ride every day so I can exercise but this bike is too strenuous for me. The rule of Nurapathy in your feet and ankles is use them or lose them but not to stress them (it helps the nerves and strength which improves my balance thanking anyone who can help or know someone who can help

Hardwired light bulb fixtures (Richmond Hill)
I have four hardwired utility light holders. They were installed by the builder and were removed when I finish the basement. Two have a pole chain and one is hardwired and controlled by a switch. One of them is brand new and still in the bag. You will need to hook them up to a standard 120 volt line. They're really good for utility rooms and furnace rooms and stuff like that.
