Sofas are well loved. No tears, rips stains or holes but the leather will require some conditioning or leather polish. Cushions are removable and can be cleaned with ease. They have been in a home with cats. size: 3 seater - length 7ft 8 inches 2 seater - length 5ft 9 inches Depth- 3 ft 2.5 inches Height- 2 ft 7 inches They are on the 2nd floor and will require to strong individuals with moving experience to take down to the main floor and out of a townhouse They will require a moving vehicle.

Just saw this beautiful, colourful rug on the curb - I didn't open it all the way but it looks to be in great condition. On NW corner of Bloor St W & Armadale (2402 Bloor St W). There are also a couple of dark faux-wooden shoe racks. Garbage day is tonight - would be a shame if they ended up in landfill!

Ship Wreck Model (Yonge Eglinton)
Available for pickup at Yonge Eglinton. Large galleon model ship. Severely damaged, with lots of detail. About 30" inches in length. it says "JYLLAND" on the stern, which is an actual ship (see Wikipedia). I will wait a few days before deciding who to gift this to. I want a good story (not sob, please). Priority to hobbyists who can repair. Also provide some days and times that you can pickup next week.

Twelve ceramic tiles, each is 18" square. The picture makes them appear more brown than they really are. They're quite light in colour with beige marbling throughout. Perfect for an entranceway or vestibule.
