Perfect condition - no pets, smoking, stains, etc. The legs have been replaced with shorter/wider light wood posts. They screw securely into the bottom of the sofa and can be removed. Must be picked up, there's laneway access to my garage. Dimensions: 82" width 36" depth 25" height (20.5" height with legs removed)
