1970's/80'S WOOD BASED 3 PIECE SUITE comprising 3 SEATER SOFA, ARMCHAIR & RECLINING ARMCHAIR. Well built (as things were back then) and very comfortable. With only slight wear and a layer of dust it still presents lovely. Great addition for anyone into the era or who loves retro vibes. Will need removing from inside bungalow and we are unable to help lift. **VERY BULKY & HEAVY** Will need more than one person to carry and at least a van. **NEED GONE BY MIDDAY (12) 17th MAY**. Black Heels. Size 4 (Ardleigh Green RM11)
Pair of black suede chunky heels in adult size 4. They have been worn a few times for weddings so have a few small scuff marks but still have lots of life left! They have a fake zip with silver zipper on the outside and real zip on the inside of foot. The fabric is black and is like suede, heel is chunky and has a height of about 7cm. From a smoke free home.

D&D Maps and Assets (Ardleigh Green RM11)
So, bit of an odd one but I was hoping someone might find some use of these bits and bobs. I run D&D games for my friends and over the years I've printed maps from online servers, hand-drawn my own maps, and made a selection of other bits for my games (such as wanted posters, adverts for local taverns etc). Nothing is professional but all have added so much to my games for my players. It feels wrong to throw these away as they could be used for another group. Great for an overworked game master or possibly for a new group who are just starting. I'm happy to also share the stories written for these maps if interested too but no pressure. From a smoke-free home.
