I am looking for a PC laptop for my elderly father who is on a fixed income, so that he can write emails and be touch with friends/family. Doesn’t need to be new or fancy, just a functional laptop that ideally isn’t super slow. Can’t be a desktop due to limited space. Will gladly pick up in the Boston area. Thanks for considering.

It’s a full 60 inches wide—I’m not sure exactly how many yards are on there, but as you can see from the photo, there is quite a bit left on the roll. The black plastic lever holder has a split so I hold it open with a bungee cord. Easy fix if that I was never motivated to do. Works good at full open but can be fixed by a metal bar screwed into both handles beneath the lever if you were not born after 1990 as you probably are not handy.

Headboard and nightstands (Malden)
Cream vintage French provincial style set with curved details and gold-toned trim. The headboard measures about 39.5” wide, so I believe it’s for a twin bed. The two side tables have one drawer each and open storage below. One drawer pull is missing on one of the nightstands, but it should be an easy/cheap fix if you want to replace the hardware. Pieces have some wear and age, but still have lots of life left, could be used as-is or would be a great repaint/refinish project. Easy porch pickup.

"Nyhamn" grey sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress / Good used condition. Pull out action to turn into bed is less smooth than it used to be, but it will still work in both positions. Nicer than many pull-out couches because the mattress isn't stuffed inside the couch - thick mattress, no uncomfortable center supports, large when pulled out. From a home with a cat. Mattress cover has been machine washed and mattress has been spot cleaned. Both have been stored in mattress bags for a while.
