All wood, sturdy and in good condition (some small paint flecks that can be rubbed away). It is 48 inches long, 16 inches wide, 27 inches tall. Must be able to carry it out of my apartment yourself. I live on the second floor in a gated community with interior parking. The gate is open from 7-7, so if you come after that, you’ll have to walk a bit further to take it to the street.

Very cute modern fabric chair for a young child by Monte. Its very expensive new almost $200. This one does have a decent amount of stains- some of which I have not gotten off on the wash. But the fabric does come off so you can wash it. Pick up when I can sneak it out of the house without my toddler seeing 🤣

Works fine, I just decided I prefer a bagged vacuum. Has been wiped down with a wet cloth and the filter has been rinsed. It has a wet mop feature, but I DON'T HAVE THE MOP PADS. They look like the ones for iRobot and are readily available on Amazon. I attached a picture of the originals for this machine for reference only. I live just south west of Flemington, north of sergeantville rd off Old Croton rd (579).

Vintage McCalls Vest Patterns (Ambler)
There are no envelopes for these 2 patterns. I did screenshots of them for reference. Pattern 7276 has been made, minus the arm facings...they were cut out but never sewed. There are only the 2 facing pieces for this pattern, but anyone can easily take apart the vest and copy the pieces. Pattern 6356 is complete. Take one or both, your choice.
