Light oak type engineered wood flooring. 15mm thick. Planks are 19cm wide. Key tongue and groove fitting. A few marks and scratches but I would say overall in good condition. Would have reused it myself but don't have enough for the size room . It came from a room about 10 or 11 m2 a couple of peices broken when it was lifted but not many. It would cover a single room easily.

Had this to go against a full wall but Snapped in the middle, now two pieces, both can be squared off though. Measurements as if squared off: 1.4m x 0.6m, the other 1m length. Drill holes down either side 5cm from each edge. 3mm thickness.
