good condition. One thing: it had a solar-powered fountain, but I think the first panel died. I ordered a new one and maybe one of them works -- I don't know, it's been a while. It's possible there is no fountain component to the thing anymore, but you can have both solar panels (and attached pump) in case you want to figure it out. It might just be a plain old, low-tech bird bath now (with one or two tiers, as you like). The base comes off, so it's easy to transport in a regular car.

I just switched vacuum cleaners recently and have one unused vacuum cleaner bag that is good for Kenmore Upright Type U and O, Panasonic Type U2 or U10 or Miele Upright Type Z. It is anti-allergens. I also have a filter that fit a Kenmore Upright.

Vintage Lane cedar chest has a wood exterior with decorative paneling and a black tufted vinyl seat. The interior is lined with aromatic cedar and includes the original Lane branding and 'Aroma-Tite' seal. The top lid is hinged and functions as a bench seat. Top is ripped, see photos. Piano (Holly/spinet) (Grove Rd and Harris)
Holly spinet piano (made by Grinnell Detroit). This piano is in good condition; tuned January 2025. We've owned it about 25 years; it plays well. Our four grown children all did their piano lessons on it. We are parting with it as we desire more space in our smaller home. You will need to move it yourself and provide people for lifting, as my wife and I are not able to do that. It’s located on our main floor near the exterior door. You could also find a piano moving company to move it for you. Within reason, we are willing to help pay for transportation costs.
