Piano (Holly/spinet) (Grove Rd and Harris)
Holly spinet piano (made by Grinnell Detroit). This piano is in good condition; tuned January 2025. We've owned it about 25 years; it plays well. Our four grown children all did their piano lessons on it. We are parting with it as we desire more space in our smaller home. You will need to move it yourself and provide people for lifting, as my wife and I are not able to do that. It’s located on our main floor near the exterior door. You could also find a piano moving company to move it for you. Within reason, we are willing to help pay for transportation costs.

Modern File Cabinet/Dresser (SE Ann Arbor)
Free: This is an all-wood file cabinet from a business that closed up shop on the edge of Ann Arbor a few years ago. The cabinet is entirely intact with ball-bearing drawer slides on all four drawers. It is very heavy and we cannot provide help moving it. Measurements are 36" wide by 20" deep by 54.5" tall. It is not locked. It is very solidly built and entirely intact. NOTE: It may require bolting to the wall to avoid tipping over depending on how you intend to load it/use it. The labels on the front and the duct tape that holds the drawers closed come off easily. At worst, Goo-Gone (or similar) should remove all traces. A pickup truck or van and two strong people are necessary to move it.

Black & Decker BFSR16W, see here for details: But: As you'll see from the pic, the safety shield over the fan blades is gone. This is because the brittle plastic shield behind the blades has crumbled, so there's not longer any way to attach the shield that goes in front of the blades (which I still have). But: If you have a location to use this fan where the safety shield isn't necessary, it works fine.

I have some large pieces of plywood that were used as shipping material for paneling I ordered. One is 4' by 8', and the other is 3' by 3'6". They are 7/16" thick. You can see from the photos that they have blue spray paint and marker lines on them, but they're in pretty good shape.

Broken food processr good for parts (near Jackson & Wagner Rds)
This quite fine appliance (Hamilton Beach model 70730) stopped working. I took it apart and found the failure was in one little plastic part, which you'll see to the right in the photo, broken in two. That piece lets the machine run when all the safety interlocks (lid is closed, bowl is in operating position) are satisfied. I can't find any source for a replacement of that little plastic part. So you may want this if either (a) you have this model and want to have replacement parts (bowl, chopper, etc) on hand in case you need to replace anything; or (b) you have a source of that dinky little part, in which case you'll have a free food processor.
