As good as new - as you can see in the pictures. Approx 39.5 inches wide. Approx 37 inches tall. Approx 12 inches wide (hearth) Colours/materials as per photos. Lovely fire. Only letting go as nowhere to put it in new home. Collection only. Must go ASAP due to house move!

Free: Corner settee suite (Callington PL17) 5h - Dark brown leather. Cushions are not removable. It’s used, there’s a few small marks and lost its fire certificate on a recent house move. The worst mark is on the back of the short end section as per photo. Sizes as accurate as I can manage! Overall Length 324 cm Depth of suite 108 cm Length at shorter end. 205 cm Is formed of 3 sections. Feet are removable for moving If you want it you will need a van to collect.

The pieces of wrap are mainly large enough to wrap small to medium item. Collection from Paignton Free: Large Mirror (PL21 Ivybridge) 10h - 78cm wide by 109cm long. Nice mirror. A quite substantial frame with carved style oak leaves.
