Late 19th century Chaise Longe. Stained but otherwise in very good condition. Has a removable cover which could be washed/replaced (or item could be reupholstered). 177cm length, 78cm height, 73cm width. Collection only. Item is heavy so will require two people for collection.

Large hardwood table. Quite sturdy but marked as has been used for a craft table. Folds down to just length 41 inches, width 21 inches and height 28 inches. Two fold-out flaps, each 11 inches. So width of table when flaps are out = 43 inches. Taker will need to bring help to carry the table downstairs as it's quite heavy. Any markings (see picture) should sand off.
