Small brown faux leather sofa. Has been a great wee sofa for the kids in their bedrooms. In good condition. Annoyingly we made a wee tear in one arm when we were moving it out the room but otherwise in very good nick. Dimensions are 130cm wide; 74 cm deep; height to top of arms approx 64cm and top of cushions is approx 80cm.

Double bed mattress (Gorgie EH11)
The mattress is approximately 10 years old and has been used, but it is still in decent condition and clean. I use two mattresses on my bed because I prefer the extra height. This is the bottom mattress I am giving away which is placed directly on the bed frame to provide additional height. It is not the mattress that is slept on directly. A waterproof mattress protector is always used on it, and another mattress, also with its own protector, is placed directly on top of it. All of my mattresses are cleaned and vacuumed regularly, as keeping beds and bedding clean is very important to me. I have always used waterproof mattress protectors to help keep them extra clean and protected. Although the mattress is older, it has been well looked after and is clean. It comes from a smoke-free, child-free and pet-free home. Ready for collection now and the sooner the better.
