Two Food Related Books (Lipson PL4)
Books: 500 Fabulous Cakes and Bakes by Hermes House. Everyday Low Carbs Cooking by Alex Hass I've got two food related books which were included with some others items I picked up recently I have no use for them myself so wanted to see if anyone else could make use of them. I should note I don't know how these were stored prior to me acquiring them only that they do smell a bit musty and they have some marks on them so please take this into consideration before requesting them. Drop Leaf Table (Needs TLC / Upcycling Project). (Lipson PL4)
Drop Leaf Table in need of repairs. The top of the table will need to be completely replaced which will require new wood and hinges so this could be nice for someone looking for a project to work on. I do have some wood which could possibly be used with it but it's not the same type or color. The middle part of top is secured in place with six screws. I have removed this part for the time being as it's easier to store with it off but I can install it back in place prior to collection if requested. Dimensions: Width 99cm Height 75cm Depth 31.5cm With the legs extend out they measure 48cm on either side of the middle top part so this gives you the option to make the full size of the top be around 115cm width or more if you wanted there to be an overhang. Table with grey stone pattern finish. Dimensions: Table top Length 117cm x Width 76.5cm Height 74.5cm Not in perfect condition, it has a chip or two in the woodwork and some scratches but nothing super major. I've removed the legs to make it easier to store. To assemble it you will need a screwdriver, I had to use two different size bits as the bolts and screws have different sized drives. Collection from PL4 Greenbank.

About 200 used cassette tapes. I'm offering these as if they were blank tapes, although they still contain old recordings (mostly off-air radio comedy shows and some music). They are mostly TDK 'D' and 'AD' types, both C60 and C90. They are in very good condition, having been recorded only once, and not replayed much.

Wine red chenille fabric sofa Seat pads have a tapestry fabric filled with feather down. The sofa is from Harrods ,l bought it at an auction 6 years ago .it is well made. It is a known as a knoll sofa, meaning the arms drop down to create a day bed . It is a vintage piece and has victorian wooden finals to hold the arms in a seated postion.The arms are detachable for easy removal Two of the castors are damaged ,but it is still a lovely comfortable clean sofa . I now have no room for it. From a non smoking home.
