2 windbreaks. Approx 5 ft high and 6-8 ft long at a guess. The end broke off one pole on one of them, so is shorter but still works.

Ladies Raleigh Bike (Dawlish EX7)
Red/orange in colour. Suitable for taller girl or regular size woman. There's a fault with the front wheel/handle bars. It's loose like a bearing has gone. I'm sure it could be repaired rather than scrapping the whole bike. The rest is in decent condition for its age.

White fridge freezer. Freezer works perfectly, the fridge is a bit variable sometimes it freezes things. It's available until Sunday 22nd May, we're having a new one delivered and they will be taking this one away for recycling. It still has life in it, would be a shame to scrap it.

As pictures show. Lovely, comfy sofa. Brown leather. Leather could do with an oil/ conditioner. Some cushions have lost some of their shape, hence free! Must arrange own collection and 2 people to move it. Measures 215cm by 100cm ( length and width).

Wooden table (Topsham EX3)
Wooden table, probably antique, with two drawers, turned legs, working castors, and leatherette top. Dimenions W = 4'6", D = 3'6", H =3'0" (approx). Damage to one corner due to repeated soaking from leaking roof and (possibly past) woodworm. Damage to leatherette because something heavy was stored on it and damage occurred when it was removed. Professional repair would cost more than the end value, but it would make a project if someone is interested in furniture restoration, upholstery etc Collect from Fore Street Topsham. Otherwise it will go for wood recycling.
