ACCESS & LOGISTICS (Please read carefully before replying): - Floor: Located on the SECOND FLOOR of a terraced house. - Stairs: There are TWO flights of stairs to navigate. There is NO LIFT. The staircase has typical tight turns. - Lifting: This is a heavy, awkward item. You MUST bring at least two strong people and ideally moving straps or a stair trolley. I am physically unable to assist with any lifting, carrying, or maneuvering down the stairs.
