Fairly invasive and we clearly didn't harvest enough over the winter so they are growing again. Note that these are Jerusalem artichokes which grow in the ground and look like gnarly potatoes. Please let me know when you can collect, and I will dig a dozen up for you and leave them out for collection.

Tower Slo-Cooker Family De-Luxe Model 2.5 litres Old but only used twice It was given to me by someone that had never used it. I have only used it twice to cook a chicken stew and a beef stew. Removable stoneware pot for easy cleaning. Two heat settings but no indication as to which is high and which is low.... however, my stews both turned out lovely.
