Some wear to the tread on the heels and toes. The soles might have lost some bounce. Nonetheless these shoes might be comfortable for casual walking if you are flatfooted.

A really comfortable, chunky armchair upholstered in soft black and red faux suede, with bespoke contrasting piping detail. This is a one-off, custom-designed chair from Belgium, bought new in 1999. Unfortunately, the original permanent fire-safety labels are no longer attached, which means charities and some second-hand furniture organisations won’t accept it. I am therefore giving it away FREE to someone who can make good use of it. It has always been kept in a spare room, so it has had light use over the years. It is structurally sound, with no damage, tears or broken parts. The upholstery could benefit from a light further clean. Any marks are from normal use rather than damage.
