- These are surplus to requirements, as we’ve fitted curtains! They’re in pretty good condition (need a clean), and are made of some kind of plastic rather than metal. The two side blinds are 59cm wide, the centre one is 111cm; the drop is at least 2m. Fittings included.

- Marble hearth 138cm x 38cm, wooden surround 108cm tall x 132cm wide, electric fire 64cm tall x 56cm wide - seems to be in working order. It's now been uninstalled and the marble is standing outside but it's undamaged. It's very heavy though and 6 steps up from the garden to the pavement. You'll need to be able to carry it yourself, I've got a dodgy back.
