Nice umbrella - mechanical issue - we have used bungee cords to hold the umbrella open - very large will need two people to pick up and move. You may also take the 4-piece black accessory / base that fills up with water to stabilize it. (See pic) please note it is shown in its closed position it opens up to a large umbrella.
