Three-piece folding twin-double mattress. You can either use it as a double size with a single layer or as a twin mattress with a higher level. The short ends are zippered to remove the foam to wash the cover. A neighbor left it out. It appears in good condition. Outside the dumpster shed in the parking lot behind 1089 West Olive Avenue, at the corner of Leota Avenue in Sunnyvale. The parking gate from Leota Avenue is currently open, so you can walk in directly to the dumpster shed. Otherwise, you can walk in between 1091 and 1093 West Olive Avenue to get to the single story building 1089. Walk to the right of 1089 to get to the dumpster shed. Non-working, but fixable(?), gas water heater, 50 gallon Kenmore model 153.330290, 13 years old. The control panel is blinking 5 times, indicating a temperature sensor failure. The water is heated, but not to a particularly warm level. Feel free to try to fix. The tank is not leaking. Pick up in Almaden Valley. You're gonna need at least one extra strong person to help load it as it's heavy.
