Buttons on back turn it on and off, and scoll through menus for adjusting time, alarms, etc. Also a remote control, that works but probably could use a new battery). And two ports (one USB). Not sure what for, but I think it can be used to charge a phone or tablet. No manual. 8" x 10" (clock face is 5.5" x 7.5"). This was given to us to gift.
