This 'ostrich' head cushion is ideal for napping on long haul flights or car/bus/coach/train journeys. Or maybe for a catnap at your desk? You put it over your head & have hole for nose/mouth & earphones. I cannot use it as suffer from sleep disorder & my daughter did not want to try it so....
