The bed is in good condition. It has two drawers. There's a faint coffee stain on the top left corner mattress and the headboard is slightly discoloured in parts. The headboard is detachable.

Sturdy double sofa bed with fire certificate. 175cm wide, 90 cm deep. Upholstery clean but very faded - I have covered with throws. Seat cushions lumpy and not as comfy as they were. But mattress is in good order and the mechanism is in fill working order. Would need van or trailer to collect.

A beige upholstered armchair with a light grey & red/brown pastel floral pattern. I used it when I visited my Mum & found it comfortable, but have no space for it at my own home. It has the appropriate fire labels. It is in a reasonable condition, but there is some wear on the arms (visible on the photographs) & a couple of small holes along the cushion seam (see photos)
