Each day segment has the name of the day written on it for greater clarity, each box takes 7 days worth of medications with provision for breakfast time, lunch time, afternoon and evening doses. Old but useable rowing exercise machine. It is adjustable. The pulling action seems ok but the pushing action is stiff. Don't know if electronic display works because I never used it. Overall size 1.3m x 0.5m. Can be collected at most reasonable times.
