Older Chamberlain garage door opener (LW3500EV). Belt drive and MyQ compatible. Worked fine when I removed it a couple weeks ago. Quiet operation. Opener comes with the belt, belt rail, trolley, wall opener pad, sensors…basically everything needed to make a swap.

Made by the Amish in Iowa. Closed table measures 55” (4’7””) x 36”. 4 extension leaves measure 12”/ea & adds another 48” when put altogether. There’s a deep burn in the middle where a candle holder exploded. Good for large gatherings or as a display table. 5 chairs were made to go with it.
