Halloween- DIY Jemmy Talk Props (Belmont, MA)
Promised
Hi, If you knew right off the bat what “Jemmy” is that is a real plus. After many Halloween years I decided that last year was my final big haunt. I’m looking to pass my technical gear to another dedicated haunter who loves the DIY/Technical side of the hobby. These props are not plug and play and requires someone tech-savvy: • 5 Upgraded Props: they have been retrofitted with Jemmy Talk Jaw Sync Controllers ($250 value). • The Rig: All characters are converted to DC power (no batteries). • Audio Setup: Includes 5 MP3 players, 3 small speakers, and an amplified speaker pair for sound effects. • Atmosphere: Fog machine with timer and a Witches Cauldron, large round metal tub and bag of bones and a couple other small props. The Ground Rules: • Technical Knowledge Required: as previously stated these are NOT plug-and-play. You must be comfortable managing the audio signal and tuning the Jemmy boards to get the jaw movement. Each Halloween I would change the audio, the theme and dress them accordingly every year. Even though this is a “give-away” if you don’t know what “they” are you will just be frustrated. I want these to go to someone who understands how to use and enjoy these Halloween props, not flip them. If you don't know what a "Jemmy Talk" board or a "potentiometer" is, these aren't for you. FYI, I will take a few days to choose but I will acknowledge your interest either way. Preferred pickup weekend of 2/28. I can send you a short example video. Regards, John
