PLEASE READ DETAILS!!! This works fine but is probably good for small apartments with either no carpeting or very low pile. Reason is because with the 2 batteries this gives just 10 minutes of vacuuming time. This was a design flaw. Everything comes with this like new vacuum, manual, charger, 2 batteries, attachments.
