A Jacobean style sideboard with beautiful intricate carvings. The exterior of the unit has been stripped back to a lighter oak colour. The interior is the existing dark brown colour. Overall approximate size 140cm wide, 137cm , 46cm depth. A much loved piece of furniture which is on offer because we are down sizing. There are some water marks on the top and on the shelf at the front as shown in the photograph. For collection in daylight hours. This is a heavy piece of furniture and will require two people to move it.

The only thing I know about this item is that you can mount a flat-screen TV on it. Hopefully the photos are informative. I don’t know what brand it is, how old it is, how to use it, or whether there are any bits missing, but I think it’s complete in itself because there was a TV on it until a few weeks ago. DeLonghi brand four-slot toaster. Two of the slots are working fine but the other two only work if you hold the lever down. There’s something stopping the lever for those two slots going down properly, but I couldn’t figure out what it was — maybe you’ll be able to! It feels mechanical rather than electrical, i.e. I think something’s stuck somewhere. I was using it just as a two-slot until a couple of weeks ago, but now I have a new toaster with four working slots, so maybe someone else can make use of this one. Otedama pincushion/ornament/toy (West Croydon CR0)
Hand-embroidered, hand-sewn "otedama" style pincushion — could be used as a pincushion or an ornament, or even a kid’s toy. The base fabric is non-cotton (maybe polyester?) Aida and it’s embroidered with purple cotton thread. About 5cm in diameter. I made this as an exercise while working through a maths/sashiko book (“A Stitch In Line” by Katherine Seaton, highly recommended) and have enjoyed having it sitting on my mantelpiece for the past several months, but it’s time for a new mantelpiece display and I’d rather give this to someone else than just chuck it out.
