Leather is a little worn and discoloured in some areas, but a good leather balm should help. Otherwise in good condition and very comfortable. Only giving away as we are redecorating. About 5 years old. Has lots of life left in it, but the zip on one side is broken. Can be used with side down but if want side up will need the zip fixing- should be a straight forward fix. I loved using it as can easily travel with it instead of a travel cot.

Oval dining table with 5 chairs Georgian style oval shape table purchased in the 1980s Needs a bit of work as follows: - Fastenings in the middle of the table need fixing - Some marks, chips and slight heat marks on the top - All chairs need recovering, seat pads, tightening etc. Some have been glued and have extra screws put in to hold it together so this could do with removing and redoing properly! Good condition. They have been used for years, but in a household with older children, no smokers, no pets, no shoes worn inside / on the sofas. The seat cushions have some bobbling and wear given the number of years they have been used for, but are still in quite good condition. Frames of the sofa are solid. Originally bought from DFS. Giving away since I am finally looking to replace them. Nice feverfew plant, will grow taller next year and be covered in the little daisy type flowers shown here. Has some oxalis mixed in - these have small pink flowers. Was growing in a container, can be potted on or planted out.

Perennial, deciduous outdoor plant, spreads by runners and has bright yellow flowers. New leaves in spring are very purple/bronze coloured which slowly fades over the summer. RHS website says it likes sunny, damp conditions.
