Dell Precision T1700 (Wendover HP22)
This has been gathering dust in our loft for a few years. It has an unactivated copy of Windows 10 installed to prove it works, so to continue using it a licence will need to be purchased, or a suitable OS installed. I have taken a screen shot of the specs, and the HDD is an old WD Black 1TB I had lying around. I cant guarantee how long it will last. It has run Windows 11 using Rufus to modify the install, but it is too old to run it nativly. I havs also found one of the Display Port to DVI adapters for the integrated GPU. I have tried a spare PCIe graphics card in it, but could not get any output so it may be the graphics card, or PCIe slot, so I removed it again.

12 Internal wooden fire rated doors with handles Free to collect. No time wasters. All doors 42mm depth and 1981mm tall. 9 are 762mm wide and 3 are 686mm wide. Victorian scroll chrome handles and all internal fittings included. No hinges. These are all very heavy doors so will need 2 people to load up and a vehicle that can take this length and weight.

It's an old TV but it's in perfect working order. Complete with instrction manual and remote control. Note (1): The TV does NOT have a stand. It's been wall mounted for years and we've misplaced the stand. Note (2): This is NOT a Smart TV. If you want to watch Netflix, iPlayer, YouTube etc, you'll need to plug in a TV streamer such as Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire, etc.

sofa bed (Berkhamsted HP4)
We have a dark blue 'suedette' sofa bed, which came from Australia with us several years ago and which has no fire labels. As a sofa it's a little saggy, but if someone wanted to replace the mattress (which is fairly thin) this is still functional as a sofa bed. And despite the sagginess, our children love it and find it very snuggly. It has seen better days but is in not too bad condition. Approx dimensions are 195cm wide x 85cm deep. You would probably need a small/medium van to collect.
