Sturdy, wooden framed armchair. I’d view this as a project, since: (i) it needs a new button sewn on the back to retain the cushion; a repair to the fabric on the seat; re-varnishing of the wood at the arms following the actions of an enthusiastic dog. (ii) it would benefit from re-upholstering to bring it from 1970 into the modern age.

So I bought a brand new bed in October last year, it was not expensive to be honest, I just wanted a quick fix before I could afford a really nice one, so I’ve bought a new one now so going to offer this mattress for anyone who needs it, but, I have to be honest yes it’s only 8 months old, it’s a spring mattress and I’m glad that I now have a foam mattress, I prefer that, there are a couple of small stains where I have spilt tea on it, but as I say it is only 8 months old so I think someone could get use from it, you will need to pick it up yourself as I have just had surgery so won’t be able to help when you pick it up Many thanks
