In good used condition. Scanner works fine, printer needs a bit of gentle encouragement when loading paper as the runners must be a bit worn. Ink cartridges are HP Instant Ink so will no longer work, unless you know a workaround.

Very little signs of use except for some imperfections from being in storage and some wear to the inner edges of pages 42 and 43. There are some minor marks to the corners and edges of the covers, some minor discoloration to the very edges of the pages (when viewed with the book closed).

Mirror was originally built within a wooden frame constructed by previous house owner (which probably led to the marks around the edges) More recently, daughter had some decorative tape around the edges. Measures 127cm tall by 52.5cm wide Can be collected from tarleton. Must go by this weekend or will be tipped. Thanks
