This bed is about 20 years old, has been used only a few weeks a year and covered with a thick mattress pad. No visible stains on the mattress. Hey there! I'm currently on the hunt for a washing machine and was hoping someone had an older one they no longer needed. My laundry nook is a bit snug, so I'm specifically looking for a standalone washer – I just don't have the space to accommodate a dryer too. Ideally, I'd love to find a machine that isn't too enormous, but still has enough capacity to handle a decent load of clothes. It would be absolutely perfect if it could also manage one bulkier item, like a comforter or a full set of sheets, without a problem! I'm located in South Lake Tahoe, so I would definitely need delivery. Please don't worry about the cost, as I'm more than happy to cover the delivery fees to get it here. Just a quick heads-up about the access: there are four steps leading up to my house that would need to be navigated to get the washer inside. Thought I'd give you a heads-up about that detail upfront. Let me know if you have anything that fits the bill! Thanks a bunch!

Various lengths up to 20 feet - used for roof skip sheathing on old garage being deconstructed. Old growth and mostly clear doug fir. Needs bajillions of nails removed - but unique beauty and quality and patina of time. With nails removed this is like gold - old growth and mostly clear (no knots). I already have plans for the 2x framing material and clear heart redwood siding. I hate to see it go to landfill!
