Vibrating plate/machine (Leith EH6) I am looking for a decent vibrating plate/machine for myself and my disabled son to help with edema, stiffness, inflammation, and poor mobility issues please. I would need to be able to collect it and bring it home on the bus or tram, so perhaps if it has a handle or large frame as part of it, that might need to be detachable. If you do have one I would very much appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Phone that has sufficient storage (Pumpherston EH53) This is probably a long shot, but thought I’d ask anyways. My mum has a smart phone, but it’s a cheap one she got. Theres no storage on it at all, no space for a storage card. I recently got her a Ring doorbell, however, she can’t put the app on her phone as there is zero storage space. I have the app on my phone, but it seems pointless as it’s her house & I don’t live there. It was meant for her to answer without struggling to get up, or to let the people know that she’s coming & to wait a moment. An iPhone would be ideal, she’s never had one before & I feel it would be easier for her to use anyways. But, I am open to anything someone may have that will have sufficient space for the app. Thanks for reading, I know it was quite long!! 😊

Lge concrete slabs (Stirling FK8) I have 4/5 large concrete slabs to move on. Probably 2ft x 2ft - very heavy. All in good condition with no chips or cracks. Pick up and removal only as my back is shot. Good for a greenhouse, polytunnel, allotment etc
