Tan Leather 2 seater sofa and matching chair. Sofa is electric recliner but only left side has motor that's working. Single chair is manual recliner. Some scratches but good condition overall. No fire label but has blue sticker say's layers are match and cigarette resistant. Needs some cleaning. Buyer uplifts only.

It has been partly dismantled for transport but should be fairly easy to reassemble. Dimensions of sofa / bed. 4 feet, 5 inches wide; three feet from front to back; height 2 feet 7 inches. 6 feet long when open as bed. Bought 15 years ago but no visible fire label.

Over time I have accumulated these slippers from stays in hotels such as Kempinski. Hotels stock them in rooms and spas to keep your feet clean and warm. They come in a few standard styles based on their shape and material: Open-toe vs. Closed-toe: Open-toe slippers let air through. Closed-toe slippers cover your whole foot for warmth. Terry Towelling: These are soft and absorb water well. They are great to slip on after a bath. Waffle Weave: These are made of a light, grid-like fabric. They look like a waffle and are easy to pack.

Waterproof Golf Bag (G66 Lenzie)
This is a used Titleist Stadry Golf Cart Bag. The bag is a waterproof bag but one of the zips in the outer pocket is broken and therefore no use. However, not sure if it can be fixed. All other zips and pockets are fine. The original strap and raincover comes with the bag. The bag is about 3 years old and is showing signs of wear and tear. Hence the bag is free of charge for the first person to collect it.
