These include , cereal, oatmeal, raisins, assorted cans of vegetables and fruit, rice, dried beans, snacks, canned salmon. a little of everything. I have tried to sort them all for easier selection for choosing specific items , to pick and choose or to take the whole lot. It is your choice.
