Small mildew patch that can certainly be hand washed out and brightened in the sun. The main issue is one of the wood supports broke. It can be replaced but you'd have to buy a peice of wood and drill the holes.

Butcher block style work bench top. Dimensions are 48"x 27.5"x 1.5". It is a thing of beauty. I have not been able to find space for it and it is too heavy to setup temporarily on sawhorses. Very heavy so bring someone to help you load it into your vehicle or risk a hernia. One liner responses like "I want it" will be ignored. Please tell me how you would put it to good use.
