Approximately 45 kg of Sika FastFix-110 beige polymeric sand for filling joints between interlock pavers, etc. This is the extra that I had on the patio after my first sweeping. Definitely fine for filling joints. I rebagged the sand in the original bags and sealed them as I finished. Home Depot sells 22.7 kg bags for $37 each. Link: Instructions for use on the bag and online. If you are doing an interlock patio rejuvenation (as I have done), with 1/8” average spacing, this could cover approximately 150-200 sq ft. For a new installation at the same spacing this would likely only cover approximately 100 sq ft.

I am replacing my gazebo and am offering it to anyone who wants it. It measures approximately 10' by 10' and needs to be anchored either in cement, paving stones or wood. The structure is solid but the polycarbonate roof would need to be replaced. If you want it, you would also have to dismantle it. Furniture in the photos is not included, only the gazebo.

Home Made Coffee Roaster (Canterbury)
Made from the bottom part of a Stir Crazy popcorn maker (I have 2 of them), an aluminum ring that fits around the rim and the top portion of a halogen Air Fryer. See Youtube videos for more info: "Home Coffee Roasting with a Stir Crazy Turbo Oven" or "My Stir Crazy Turbo Oven Coffee (SCTO) Roasting Process". Everything works but is a little dusty. The process is *very fragrant* and smokey and you have to figure out a way to source the green beans. This is for roasting small batches. If you make a commitment to come pick this up you are expected to honor your commitment.
