Condition: used, but already dismantled and ready to load. Largest component is the cast iron surround. This is extremely heavy and measures approximately 103 by 101 cm so will need 2 strong people and a suitable vehicle to carry. It is being given away strictly as seen for restoration, decorative use or parts. If you intend to reconnect the gas fire, it must be installed and safety checked by a registered Gas Safe engineer

Is it too early to think about Christmas? We have the following artificial Xmas tree to gift - nothing wrong with it, it's simply now surplus to requirements. As per the pictures, this is a 2.2 metre high authentic-looking artificial Spruce tree. It's a few years old but remains in excellent condition and comes in the original box. Very easy to assemble, in 3 pieces only (plus the included stand). Please note the box is 40 cm x 38 cm x 136 cm and weighs about 20 kg - if you do ask for it do please make sure you have a big-enough car! Hopefully this will go to a deserving home.
