Symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast is a culinary symbiotic fermentation culture consisting of lactic acid bacteria, acetic acid bacteria, and yeast which arises in the preparation of sour foods and beverages such as kombucha. All you need is a large jar to ho;d about 2 litres or more, 100 grams of sugar and 4 tea bags or 30 grams of dried Hibiscus flowers and the starter I will provide. Very nutritious.

Child's Perpetual Calendar Wall Hanging Size about 60cm by 45cm. The pieces are on Velcro so you can make today's date, day , weather and season. Year labels only go to 2012. Months, seasons and weather labels are all OK. There is a missing number "1" (there should be two - so the "11" will be a problem). "Wednesday" is missing from the days of the week. The crafty should be able to improvise the missing bits (perhaps re-purposing the redundant year labels?). To be collected from Loughborough (near University Campus)
