This is new and never used. The person I got it for was big (tall and 200 lbs.) and I didn't feel it was sturdy enough to use. Perhaps it will work better with a smaller person or a different toilet or a person who knows what they are doing to put it together.

I also have some kind of flappy thing that must go in a vent/duct and some other thing that must go around a round ductwork.
