In decent condition. A few pulls that can be trimmed up with scissors and maybe a small coffee stain or 2 that aren’t very noticeable. 9’x12’. It does shed a bit so needs frequent vacuuming but it’s been like that since we bought it. We have 1 hypoallergenic cat.
