Bishop's chair over 80 Years old (3446 Oakwood Terr NW, DC)
The frame is excellent, doesn't squeak/ It is solid' As you see, the chair bottom needs the springs tied up and the back is still quite nice, but needs to be tacked in the back on the left side. It was purchased at the National Presbyterian Church (Nebraska Ave NW, DC) about 50 Years ago.

yard cart with issues [20886]
Finally upgraded from my trusty yard cart, it has served well for years. Checking to see if anyone can use it before I put it out to pasture - it has a crack in the bottom (I wasn't moving liquids so that didn't matter) and one wheel no longer rolls smoothly, sometimes it locks up. I tried lubricant but it didn't make much difference. It's not as dirty as it looks, it was under the deck the last time the deck was stained so it has inherited some brown coloring. Electric king bed base (Ellicott city, MD)
Perfectly functional king sized adjustable electric bed base (black/metal) that elevated head and feet with remote control. Motion Air brand. We got a new bed where the frame was flush with the ground and hence this no longer worked for our new bed, but fits any higher king sized bed or can be used independently with headboard. The base only can be halved/folder for transport and will require either an open pick up truck or a small transport van to pick up. It is also very heavy and will require 2 (ideally 3) people to lift.
