Older- 2 person North Face tent (Oakland Piedmont Ave)
Aqua Blue older North Face backpacking tent. Weighs about 7 lbs with full fly sheet, tent, ground sheet, and poles. Needs stakes. One pole was lost so we substituted another pole which seems to work fine. Has one zipper opening on tent side. No photo. Too tired to set it up for a photo shoot. You can sit up but not stand up inside the tent. Has mesh covered windows.

Two identical book cases with doors (roughly 64" tall and 42" wide for one) The shelves are adjustable and removable. You need to come with at least one strong adult to carry it down one flight of stairs, and 6 porch steps. I can help you carry to the curb if needed. First come first serve. Sorry, I understand that's not the most fair, but I'm helping my parents clean out their house and have limited time.

Beautiful modern designed handmade cement tiles. 12 tiles to a box 5 full cases to cover a lot size 20 x 20 x 1.6 thick. The cases are heavy. Tiles need to be SEALED after installed and before grouting. They were cement so they are porous.
