Hello! I'm very close to becoming homeless due to my grandparents moving, and I am currently working with the council to prevent this. Soon, I am hoping to either be placed in emergency accommodation or housed, which means I will need some items. I'm lucky enough to have been given most of the needed furniture already, but one thing I'll need is a sofa! We're a small family, so just a two or three seater will do :) I would also like an armchair for my son, as he enjoys his own space. Thank you.

Large 4 drawer filing cabinet by A.C.Barratt in cream and brown with chrome handles. Would benefit from TLC as photos show and a bit of grease on the drawer runners. Includes a lock mechanism (no key) and anti-tilt prevention so only one drawer will open at a time :-) Height 133cm x Width 47cm x Depth 62cm. This filing cabinet is fabulous for garage storage. It hides an amazing amount of stuff, dust free, with potential to lock it too! Easy access parking, no steps. I can help you load your vehicle.

Sorry not very good photos, can be easily disassembled but will need a van. The cushions are in excellent condition, I will disassemble the furniture for collection.
