Condition is excellent – no sagging, damage, or spills. Very little use since purchase, as it has only been used occasionally as a visitor bed. Use of mattress toppers recommended for added comfort if using for more than a short period, due to the firm orthopaedic mattresses. Main bed dimensions Mattress size: 6’ 3” x 3’ 0” (191 x 91 cm) Height above floor: 2’ 0” (61 cm) Pull-out bed dimensions Mattress size: 5’ 9” x 2’ 5” (175 x 74 cm) Height above floor: 1’ 0” (30 cm) There is no visible fire safety label (not sure if/when removed).
