The two and a half seater has a Reclining Function: This is a reclining model - electric - works perfectly. This item is well-loved! It has some noticeable staining and some cat scratches on the fabric however it would be perfect for a home with pets, a playroom, or someone happy to use a sofa cover/or give it a deep clean. Approximate measurements - 2.5 = 160w x 105 h x 90d 2 seater = 140w x 105h x 90d. Recliner is heavy and will need 2 people and van to collect.

Unique solid wood cabinet (Woodford SK7)
This unique cabinet is made of solid wood in a beautiful colour. It was originally designed to hold a record player and records, but can be repurposed for almost anything. It is in excellent working order, but does have some staining on the top and front (see photos), and so would best suit a restoration project or a less prominent location. From a smoke and pet free home.
