RICOH Afficio AP3800C colour laser printer, spares/repair (Nantwich CW5)
Used, working, prints are usable but have black grainy backgrounds (see colour print sample) so internal cleaning needed. SC 471 error intermittently appears but is cleared by switching off/on. Hence offered as spares or repair. Print counter: Colour: 139,960; black: 55,178. Spare black (1 new, 2 part used) and colour toners available (new yellow, part used cyan and magenta). Print speed of 38 pages per minute for monochrome and 28 pages per minute for colour. Weight is 82kg. Dimensions (W x D x H): 575 x 678 x 715 mm (22.6" x 26.7" x 28.2")

A large play house, suit a child up to 6 or so. Has been well used but all still functional, has working windows and door. There is some sun fading, and a couple of minor cracks 117cm x 105cm and 120cm high. Prefer not to dismantle so you will need a van or large car to transport.

Freezer Fridge - spares repair (Nantwich CW5)
Hotpoint Freezer Fridge 8633: about 1/3 fridge and 2/3 freezer, white, 135.5cm H x 55cm W x 59cm D, net capacity of fridge roughly 80 litres and the freezer is roughly 150 litres. The fridge works OK but has an insulation leak under the freezer section, hence spares or repair. If your fridge fails, it could be useful as an interim until you get a replacement. Will need a non porous floor or a drip tray to collect the condensation. A suitable one is available here - . The freezer only cools when the fridge is in the cooling mode so is not designed to freeze food but will maintain pre-frozen food for extended periods. The fridge has 2 shelves which can be placed at preset levels. The freezer has 3 pull out baskets with an open top shelf.
