Black Leather Corner Sofa (Stokesby NR29)
Black leather corner sofa, about 40 years old. Some wear and tear from age and use, but still comfortable and in reasonable condition. There are several paint spots. Approx 270 and 220cm wide (two sides), 80cm high, 80cm deep. No fire-safety label attached. It comes apart into 3 sections for transportation. This is collection only.

Soft brown suede swivel armchair in good used condition. This is a very comfortable, generously sized chair with a smooth swivel base. Perfect for a living room, reading corner, man cave, or bedroom. The chair has a soft, suede-style fabric finish in a warm brown colour. It swivels easily and is very supportive, with wide arms and a deep, cushioned seat. There are some signs of normal use, including light wear and shading on the arms and seat (please see photos), but no rips or major damage. Still plenty of life left and very comfortable. Is there a small business out there that uses a waste oil burner for heating a workshop, industrial or agricultural building. I have a fairly large quantity, in excess of 200 litres, of old stock (unused) automotive oil. It is mostly in 5 litre containers and a few 1 litre bottles. It was left over, some time ago, from a hobby business which supplied oils to classic car owners. It is not for resale as automotive oil as it has probably degraded.
